Dr Ed Fox

Ed is a Research Microbiologist at CSIRO, based at their Werribee research facility, where he is currently part of the Food Safety and Stability Group. His research activities include through-chain microbiological food safety of key foodborne pathogens such as Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, and Bacillus cereus Group organisms. Ed has previously held positions at the University College Dublin Centre for Food Safety, and at the Teagasc Food Research Centre, Moorepark, based in Ireland.
